Who We Are

Core of our Heart

CHCM was founded on January 25, 2019. Ephesians 4:11-12, “And He gave some, apostles, and some, prophets, and some, evangelists, and some pastors and teachers;

for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ. (KJV).

Purpose of our Heart

CHCM is a non-denominational ministry reaching out to the community of followers of Jesus Christ. We ascribe to the steadfast faith, thought and practices as adhered to by the primitive Christian Celtic Church of the ancient Britons of the British Isles.

Aspects of the CHCM Ministry:

  • We are a Celtic Charismatic Christ centered, Holy Spirit lead ministry.
  • Our guiding foundation is the Holy Scriptures, the Word of God.
  • We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the edification of the Body of Christ and to glorify God.
  • No separation of secular and sacred – all aspects of life are sacred before God.
  • Christians need to live out their daily lives as Empowered Believers.
  • The most important of all is LOVE. 1Cor. 13:1-13.

How CHCM Ministers:

  • Speaking and Teaching presentations.
  • Ministerial services such as prayer, baptisms, officiant services, & pulpit ministry.
  • Faith building mentoring
  • Books, inspirational graphics & writings, ministry blog.

Regardless of denominational background, CHCM desires to provide ministerial services for followers of Jesus Christ and especially for those who have become disenfranchised, and/or feel rejected and isolated from and by the traditional institutional church.

The Celtic Heart in Christ

It is believed by some historians the Salvation message of Jesus Christ first arrived in Britain in the mid first century.
Possibly by:

  • Joseph of Arimathea
  • Jewish Christians, escaping persecution and settled in what is now Wales.
  • Christian Roman solders
  •  or a combination of all three.

Whatever the means, the first Christians shared their faith in Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit spoke to the hearts of the tribal Britons. In Jesus, they found a completeness to their spiritual life their pagan beliefs could not fill. The British Christian church that emerged was Jesus Christ centered and Holy Spirit lead.

Over the next 600 years the Gospel of Jesus Christ continued to spread throughout the Celtic lands. It was a faith based on experiencing the reality of Jesus Christ and built on a foundation of the scriptures.  The core heart of this primitive Celtic Church still survives today.
